This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on https://library.jurishour.in/

1. Digital Products (E-Magazines)

• No refunds or cancellations are permitted once an e-magazine has been purchased and/or downloaded.
• Digital content is considered delivered immediately upon successful payment.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

• Payment is debited but download access is not provided due to a technical error attributable to us.

2. Physical Books

a) Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b) Refunds

Refunds for physical books shall be processed only if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
• An incorrect product is delivered

The issue must be reported within 3 days of receipt, along with photographic evidence.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds shall be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the user
• Failure to accept delivery
• Digital downloads accessed successfully

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds shall be processed within [7–14] working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
